Leaping Stag Weathervane
Leaping stag with upturned tail (attributed to J. W.Fiske), New York. dating to the late 19th century.
Full bodied copper with zinc head. Articulated eyes, nose and fur.
No Bullet Holes or Repairs. This very nice example is retaining a desirable old surface with
original old dark oxidation and verdigris, with an old layer of gilt. Circa 1890s.
